ROCKSTONE POWER Transformers, including Step Up/Down Transformers, Voltage Converters, and Dual Voltage Transformers, are versatile devices intended for global use across electronics, heavy-duty machines, and industrial applications.

2. Choosing the Right Transformer for Your Appliance

Safety first! Select a Voltage Converter/Transformer with a maximum wattage at least 50% higher than your appliance's wattage. For example, a 3000 Watt transformer is suitable for an appliance that uses up to 2100 Watts. This ensures safety and prevents damage to both the transformer and the appliance.

3. Understanding the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB)

The MCB in ROCKSTONE POWER Transformers offers advanced over-current protection. It's more sensitive and reliable than traditional fuses, automatically shutting off in overload or faulty conditions for easy troubleshooting.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Support

Our products come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers replacements for units with faults such as power issues or damage/defects present upon unboxing. The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or general wear and tear.

Handling Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, please contact the retailer with proof of purchase. Note that warranty support requires a valid purchase receipt. For any changes in the return shipping address or for gifts, additional terms apply as detailed on our website. 

Purchasing from Authorized Sellers

Our warranty only covers products purchased from authorized sellers. Beware of counterfeit products from unauthorized resellers, as they are not covered under our warranty.
